This place is magical and will quickly become one of your favorite spots on Earth. 

Joe & Marie's place is a rock pinacle that stretches from 80 Ft to the surface and literally teams with fish and/or sea lions. 

Al's hole is a narrow cut exchanging water from inside to outside of  Refugio bay.
Giant sea fans and lots of color inhabit this site with lots of nearly shear rock faces.  Great first dive of the trip. Sand is about 70 ft but stay on the walls and pass throughs.

Light house island is literally covered with sea lions.  Although you will encounter sea lions almost everywhere is Refugio, this is the place to have a sea lion dive.
Watch out for the bulls getting territorial as these sea lions have not been conditioned to divers but the young and the females will come out to play.
